Terms of service

This Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement") shall stipulate the terms and conditions of use of this website (hereinafter referred to as "this Site") by nhouse Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"). We ask that you use this Site in accordance with this Agreement.

Article 1 (Application)

The User shall not perform any of the following acts when using this Site.

  • Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
  • Acts related to criminal acts
  • Acts of destroying or obstructing the functions of the Company's server or network
  • Acts that may interfere with the operation of the Company's services
  • Acts of collecting or accumulating personal information, etc. about other users
  • Acts of impersonating other users
  • Acts of providing benefits directly or indirectly to antisocial forces in connection with the Company's services
  • Other acts that the Company deems inappropriate

Article 4 (Suspension of Provision of This Site, etc.)

The Company may suspend or interrupt the provision of all or part of this Site without notifying the User in advance if it falls under any of the following items.

  • When performing maintenance, inspection, or updating of the computer system related to this Site

Article 5 (Changes in Service Contents, etc.)

The Company may change the contents of the services provided on this Site or suspend or discontinue the provision of this Site without notifying the User in advance.

Article 6 (Disclaimer)

The Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the User in connection with the use of this Site. However, this disclaimer shall not apply if the contract between the Company and the User regarding the use of this Site (hereinafter referred to as the "Usage Contract") is a consumer contract as defined in the Consumer Contract Act. In addition, the disclaimer shall not apply in the event of intentional or gross negligence on the part of the Company.

Article 7 (Changes to This Agreement)

The Company may change this Agreement at any time without notifying the User if the Company deems it necessary. Unless otherwise specified by the Company, the amended Terms of Service shall take effect from the time they are posted on this Site.

Article 8 (Handling of Personal Information)

The Company shall handle the User's personal information appropriately in accordance with the Company's "Privacy Policy".

Article 9 (Notification or Contact)

Notifications or communications between the User and the Company shall be made in the manner specified by the Company.

Article 10 (Prohibition of Transfer of Rights and Obligations)

The User may not transfer or pledge to a third party any rights or obligations under the Usage Agreement or this Agreement without the prior written consent of the Company.

Article 11 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

The interpretation of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Japan. In the event of a dispute regarding this Site, the Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance.
